It simply refers to the place of REST where you rest and G-d by His Holy Spirit causes all things to work at your advantage. Hebrew 4:10
The Holy Spirit is the One who carries you on eagle's wings and causes you to walk on the high hills of Jacob. The Holy Spirit is the Abrahamic Advantage.
